Outbound Mill builds the system that feeds your B2B pipeline: clear ICP, disciplined sequences, and a cadence that keeps qualified conversations moving. Systematic outbound. Reliable pipeline. Real revenue.
Built for US B2B teams who want pipeline they can count on — not another deck of best practices. Automation supports sales; it does not replace a viable offer or your conversations.

US B2B SaaS founders
Founder-led outbound has stalled. You need a mill before you hire an SDR.
Growth & revenue leads
Lean US teams that need researched, ICP-fit pipeline without a $10K retainer.
Agencies & consultants
Referrals carry the book. A repeatable outbound channel steadies US new business.
Specialist service firms
Clear niche, defined buyer, no in-house sales development — yet.
The problem
Most pipelines are held together by habit and spreadsheets.
You have a commercially viable offer. What is missing is a mill: a consistent way to find, reach and follow up with the right US buyers.
Unpredictable lead flow
Good months follow quiet ones, and nobody can say why.
Manual prospect research
Hours go into finding contacts that should take minutes to shortlist.
Generic outreach
Template messages get ignored. Relevance to the buyer is what earns a reply.
Follow-ups that slip
Most replies come after the first touch. Without a process, the second and third never happen.
Disconnected tools
Lists, notes, inboxes and a CRM that nobody keeps up to date.
No view of performance
You cannot improve targeting or messaging you cannot measure.
The outcome we work toward
A documented outbound mill you can measure, improve and scale: a defined ideal customer, a clean prospect pipeline, outreach that reads as relevant, and a monthly report that shows what happened at every stage.
Services
Four ways to run the mill.
Start with managed outbound, build the system once, learn to run it yourself, or commission something custom.
Starting price
Managed Outbound Lead Generation
US$500 per month, starting from
For small US B2B businesses that want consistent prospect research and organized outbound activity.
Ideal customer profile definition
Target account and prospect criteria
Prospect research and list preparation
Personalized outreach preparation
Follow-up workflows and lead-status tracking
Monthly performance report and targeting review
Scope: monthly prospect volume, outreach allowance, included tools and exclusions are agreed in writing at discovery. This service does not guarantee replies, meetings or sales.
Activity is not revenue. Every report shows these stages as distinct numbers, so you can see where the pipeline is strong and where it leaks.
1
Researched prospect
A contact and company identified and verified against basic criteria.
2
ICP-qualified lead
Matches your agreed ideal customer profile and qualification rules.
3
Contacted prospect
Has received approved outreach, after suppression and duplicate checks.
4
Positive response
Replied with interest or a question that moves the conversation on.
5
Qualified opportunity
Confirmed need, fit and authority, accepted by you as sales-ready.
6
Booked meeting
A meeting is in the calendar with a decision-maker.
7
Closed customer
The deal is won. This depends on your offer and your sales conversations.
Stages 1 to 3 are the work Outbound Mill carries out under the managed service. Stages 4 to 7 depend on your market, your offer and your follow-through, so no specific number of replies, meetings or sales is promised.
How it works
Diagnose, define, build, execute, improve.
Diagnose
Understand your offer, your target market and the pipeline you have today.
Define
Agree the ICP, the qualification criteria and how success will be measured.
Build
Configure prospecting, outreach and tracking workflows.
Execute
Run the agreed prospecting and follow-up process each month.
Improve
Review performance, then refine targeting, messaging and process.
What you receive
Concrete deliverables, not a slide of promises.
These examples use invented data to show format and level of detail. They are not client work or client results.

To: [First name], [Role] at [Company] | Subject: Question on how [Company] finds new accounts
Hi [First name],
I saw [Company] recently [specific, verifiable trigger]. Teams at that stage often find outbound takes more of the founder's week than expected.
We help US B2B firms like yours define a tight target list and run personalized, tracked outreach. Would a short conversation about how you find new accounts today be useful?

Why now
Outbound is harder to do well, and expensive to outsource.
Independent industry sources point the same way. Small teams need pipeline, and the usual options are priced for larger budgets.
~70%
of agencies and consultants surveyed named new business sales as their main challenge for the year ahead.
Most B2B teams don’t have a “lead problem.” They have a system problem: bursts of activity, unclear ICP, sequences that stall, and a pipeline that depends on whoever has time this week. Outbound Mill fixes that.
We design and stand up the outbound production line — targeting, messaging, cadence, and the operating rhythm — so outreach runs like a shop floor, not a lottery. Enquiry-led. Built for US founders and revenue teams who want pipeline they can count on.
ICP definition, prospect research and list preparation, outreach preparation, follow-up workflows, lead-status tracking, a monthly report and a regular review of targeting. The monthly prospect volume, outreach allowance, included tools and exclusions are confirmed in writing at discovery.
What counts as a lead?
We separate seven stages, from researched prospect to closed customer, and report each one on its own. Before work starts we agree what counts as a delivered prospect for your business.
Can Outbound Mill work with my existing CRM?
Usually yes. Compatibility depends on the CRM and its import and integration options, and we confirm it during discovery. If no direct connection exists, lead data can be exchanged by CSV.
Do I need to purchase AI tools separately?
It depends on the scope. Which tools are included in the monthly service, and which you pay for yourself, is listed in your written scope. Nothing is added without your agreement.
Can you build the system and train my team?
Yes. Outbound Mill Setup builds and documents the system, and Coaching teaches your team to operate it. The two can be combined.
How do you handle prospect data and outreach compliance?
Outreach includes clear sender identity and an easy opt-out, opt-outs are suppressed permanently, and messages are reviewed before sending. For US B2B work we plan around CAN-SPAM basics (identity, postal address where required, honoured opt-outs). Other regions (UK/EU, Canada) are checked during discovery when relevant. This is not legal advice; confirm requirements for your own situation.
Can you work with a specialist or niche B2B market?
Yes, and a tight niche often suits this approach well. Whether a market has enough reachable accounts is one of the first things we check.
How is success measured?
Against targets agreed up front for each stage, such as prospects researched, qualified leads, messages sent and responses, plus meetings and opportunities where your process supports them. Activity and revenue are reported separately.
